Polymarket Token ID Lookup API Guide
Find a covered Polymarket market and retrieve its Up and Down CLOB token IDs from the PolyHistorical markets API.
To look up the CLOB token IDs associated with a supported Polymarket market, query the PolyHistorical markets endpoint and inspect the returned market object. Covered market records expose clob_token_up and clob_token_down alongside the market slug and ID.
Find a Market
Filter the market list by coin, interval, resolution status, or time range to narrow the results. Market records are returned newest first. The request requires an API key in the X-API-Key header.

Each matching market includes its slug and the token identifier for each outcome. Use the market detail endpoint when you already know the exact slug.

Token IDs identify outcome tokens; they are not API keys and do not replace the market slug required by the historical snapshots endpoint. Availability depends on the market records covered by PolyHistorical.
